The hotel provided complimentary transport to the cruise port. The staff was very helpful and reserved shuttles. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel offered free airport pick-up. Breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable.
I had to wait a long time for the airport shuttle.

Our room featured two queen beds and felt spacious. I appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle.. it ran frequently and saved on taxi costs. We loved the breakfast, especially the waffle station with various toppings. The staff was friendly and check-in was efficient.
The hallway carpet looked a little worn, but it did not affect our stay.

disorganized shuttle servicedusty room
The shuttle service was quite disorganized. I waited a long time at the airport because the instructions were unclear. Once at the hotel, I found the room to be dusty. It needed a more thorough cleaning. The AC unit was also very noisy and rattled. Breakfast service ended abruptly, and I missed getting any juice because the staff cleaned up early.
